Standard turnaround time is within 24 hours but our quick delivery is usually within a few hours.
What is the turnaround time for rush order? +
Rush order's turnaround time is within 6-12 hours.
What kinds of formats can I upload for embroidery digitizing? +
JPG, CDR, EPS, AI, TIF, BMP, DOC, PDF & PSD
How will I know my order is finished? +
An email to your registered email account will indicate that the order is ready for you to be downloaded.
How can I receive the final designed file? +
You will need to login to your account in our website and download the completed digitized file.
Are there any charges for minor editing? +
No, there are no charges for minor editing for digitized files that were done by us. For the edits on digitized files worked by others or for major edits, we will charge you based on the effort required.
What Embroidery digitizing software do you use? +
Our designers most commonly work on Wilcom or Tajima DG/ML Pulse software.
How do you guarantee quality of embroidery digitizing? +
We have good knowledge in all kinds of fabrics. We are experienced in different methods of designing and every logo from Stitchwell digitizing is tested several times, the completed logos are sewn out perfect before delivery and is production friendly. We always make sure that a customer is satisfied post delivery.
