Free Trial: The first preference for free trail will be given to the celebrity customer who is having their own domain for ex: you@yourdomain.com. Free trail is not possible for those who sign up with other domains like Gmail, yahoo, hotmail etc. Stitchwell Digitizing have the right to avade the Free Digitizing service offer at any time.
Usage: Stitchwell digitizing can change pricing without prior notice the contents in the website stitchwelldigitizing.com terms and conditions, products, prices etc are changeable. Stitchwell digitizing reserves the right to correct any error, inaccuracy or omission or to change or update the Content without prior notice to you. According to your concern we can change any contents in the website at anytime so be updated to follow us.
Artwork Accuracy: When you’re submitting your art work to us i.e. (“Stitchwell digitizing”) you have to check the accuracy of the art work we are not responsible for the mistake made by us due to you. Always test the artwork twice and have a softcopy with you. Please carefully while entering the design size Stitchwell Digitizing will not give credits over any design if dimensions had been entered incorrectly by you.
Edit: A minor or major edit will be decided by Stitchwell Digitizing. We will edit a finished order for an additional fee determined by the complexity of such edit. No refunds will be given on completed orders.
Copyright: The celebrity customers are the authorized person for logos and designs they provide. The celebrity customer must provide the required documents for the logos we create. In case of any problem or harms created to our concern i.e. (Stitchwell digitizing) by trademark and logos created by us .The customer should take full responsible for that. (Including all internal and external cost expenditures).If you send me a picture of artwork or a logo to be digitized, I will assume you either own the copyright to it or have received written permission from the copyright owner to have it digitized for machine embroidery.
Privacy Policy: our concern is fully secured with the customer data, there is no way for any mishandlling of customer data in our concern. A separate team works for the process like the billing, login details, orders that you make are stored confidentially. The customers is your assets.
Usage restrictions: Stitchwell digitizing attempts to ensure that the Content on this Website is complete and current. Stitchwell digitizing does not guarantee that the information contained on this Website is free from errors, inaccuracies or omissions. Such errors, inaccuracies or omissions may relate to price or to product description or availability. Further, Stitchwell digitizing reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders containing any error, inaccuracy or omission, whether or not the order has been submitted, confirmed and/or your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Stitchwell digitizing shall promptly issue a credit to your credit card.
